Shirley has practiced as a paediatrician in the UK and Australia for over 15 years.
Over the past 6 years she has been working as the Staff Specialist in the Weight Management Services within Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network and practises at a private clinic on Sydney’s north shore.
In addition she has a strong focus in medical education with appointments both through the University of Sydney and the University of Notre Dame and is frequently invited to speak at conferences in Australia and overseas. Shirley has several publications in medical journals and books and is often quoted in the media.

Cindy is a medical doctor who currently spends her working days as an Assistant Bariatric Surgeon in Brisbane, Queensland.
Cindy's work in the obesity surgical field over the last few years has further heightened her awareness of the need for more structured preventative measures when it comes to nutrition and approaches to weight loss.
As a busy doctor with a young family, Cindy knows all too well the challenges that result from juggling a full work schedule and family responsibilities. She firmly believes that through education, supplementation and proper nutrition you can have it all.

Dr. Chris Aubrey
Chris is a medical doctor working predominantly as an Assistant Surgeon in the Brisbane area.
After completing medical school at James Cook University in Townsville, Chris now
lives in Brisbane with his wife Cindy and young family. His areas of interest include Cardiothoracic, General and Laparoscopic surgery, along with orthopaedics and other specialties.
Having assisted in major operations that are often the consequence of poor health;
such as cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes and arthritis, Chris is passionate
about preventative health and sharing his knowledge in order to help people avoid ending up on the operating table as a result of preventable illness.
As a very active person with an interest in sports, Chris believes a well balanced lifestyle with appropriate supplementation can people to harness the energy they need to enjoy their own passions in life.
Dr Anton Esterhuysen
As a dynamic and innovative dentist, Anton is especially well known for professional service and his commitment to the health and wellbeing of his patients.

Anton and his wife, Meninda, who is an anaesthetist, have chosen to apply these proven healthy lifestyle principles as a family together with their two children.

Simon's passion for health and wellness started back in the mid 1980's while running gyms in South Africa and working with Springbok (South Africa’s National Team) track and field athletes.
Over the past 30 years Simon has kept fit mentally and physically following his passion for training in and teaching Self Defence in a number of disciplines and currently holds Black Belts in three different disciplines and advanced certification in Humane pressure point tactics for Law and Enforcement so health and fitness has been an intricate part of that training.
Along with these skill sets Simon is also a qualified sports massage therapist, a Behavioural Profiler, NLP practitioner, a hypnotherapist and Performance Coach. Simon has now been living in Australia for the past 20 years and has put this knowledge to good use running, managing and owning several businesses including a Nutritional Sports Supplement company, a full time Martial Arts and Fitness centre and Weight management and Performance Coaching company.
Simon currently lives in Brisbane and coaches teams and individuals to help them create and build better relationships and optimal health so that they live lives that are full and active.

Joanne has worked in health and safety within the mining industry for many years, as well as having worked in remote area nursing, outreach services, and hospital based care in cardiac nursing and cardiac rehabilitation.
